Salad Ingredients

  • 200 grams cooked crab meat Ensure it's roughly chopped
  • 150 grams cooked pasta Use pasta of your choice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Mix Dressing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Add lemon juice and stir. Mix in fresh dill and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta and gently fold in the crab meat, celery, and red onion, ensuring all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Refrigerate the salad for at least an hour before serving to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
