Egg Salad Base

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs finely diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
