Main Ingredients
- 250 grams pasta Cooked al dente
- 200 grams crab meat Cooked
- 1 lemon Zest and juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons parsley Chopped
- 1 tablespoon dill Chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives Chopped
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together lemon zest, juice, and olive oil.
Add parsley, dill, and chives to the bowl and mix well.
Toss the cooked pasta in the dressing. Add the crab meat, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
