  • 250 grams pasta Cooked al dente
  • 200 grams crab meat Cooked
  • 1 lemon Zest and juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dill Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives Chopped
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together lemon zest, juice, and olive oil.
  • Add parsley, dill, and chives to the bowl and mix well.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the dressing. Add the crab meat, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
