- 300 grams Rotini Pasta or Fusilli
Vegetables & Meats
- 1 cup Red Bell Peppers diced
- 2 pieces Green Chilies sliced
- 200 grams Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 100 grams Pepperoni thinly sliced
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Garnish
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
- 50 grams Grated Parmesan
Preparation
Cook your choice of pasta until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water. Set aside.
