  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-2 teaspoons chipotle powder adjust to taste

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Fresh jalapeƱos sliced, for added heat
  • Fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish
