- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Preparation
Place the drained chicken into a large bowl and shred it with a fork.
Add the diced celery and chopped onions and mix to combine.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with Dijon mustard until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For an optional finishing touch, add sliced almonds or chopped parsley on top.
