  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds or chopped parsley

Preparation

  • Place the drained chicken into a large bowl and shred it with a fork.
  • Add the diced celery and chopped onions and mix to combine.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with Dijon mustard until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • For an optional finishing touch, add sliced almonds or chopped parsley on top.
